Hi, nice to meet you!

My name is Johanna and I'm the owner of hansbakes! I started my bakery when I was living in the San Francisco Bay Area where I specialized in special occasion cakes and loved being a part of so many celebratory events from baby showers to birthdays and weddings. While in the Bay, I had the pleasure of being a preferred vendor at Ardenwood Historic Farm where I helped numerous couples celebrate with their loved ones over desserts. I've since relocated back to the Willamette Valley, where I was born and raised, and look forward to adding some sweetness to your next celebration!

When I'm not baking, I'm spending time with my family. I enjoy cooking and eating (love a good at home pizza night), going for hikes and walks with my husband, Chris, our 1.5 year old, Oliver, and our two golden retrievers, Mango and Bentley, and planning our next adventure!
